Back online at last after a weekend without connections… and already there’s News: BuddyPress!
In fact, did YOU ever hear about it?
Buddy yes… Press yes… but “Buddy Press” ??? I didn’t… but then we have our Internet wizzard Yorgo Nestoridis at work non-stop and before I go into more detail… especially as I just made it back online, just check it out on YORGOO MEDIA LIVE with BuddyPress HERE.

No Internet - No Buddy… and no BuddyPress - but a May Flower for YOU!
This was our first weekend in May… and it was splendid down here in South Africa: light rains at night and beautiful, warm and sunny during the days without any wind! That’s winter at the Cape! The skies are brilliant and you feel like touching the stars, especially here where we are pretty much in Nature and we intentionally reduce lights to a minimum at night. And I just hear the owls hooing…

“Mayflower” - a Story of Courage, Community and War in the past
So to keep the “Spontaneous Sketches” flowing, here’s a May Flower for you… plus a lesson that goes with it: see what Google comes back with when you type in “Mayflower” - which was the famous ship that took a group of religious separatists who felt oppressed by the English Church from Southampton, England, to Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1620. As such, the “Mayflower” became a symbol of European colonization of what was to become the USA in American hostory and there are 270,000 titles on Amazon alone…
So on Google we see 4,480,000 returns on the term “Mayflower”… but…. BUT an incredible 137,000,000 if you write it in two words: “May Flower”... and this although the first page is totally invaded by “Mayflower” related material!!!

So this obviously inspired me to check the returns on “BuddyPress” … and there are currently 2,600,000 returns - so still pretty much in its infancy…. or so I thought, blissfully imagining the YORGOO tornado sweeping along soon, but wait for this: there are a whopping 16,300,000 returns for Buddy Press!
WHOA!
And take note: the keyword “Community” is the common denominator, even with such far-fetched thoughts… there’s always a connection if we care to look deep enough!
